PLOT SUMMARY

On the Discworld, there's political unrest in the country of Lance. The king has been murdered by Duke Felmet who has seized power even though he hates the country. The people ask three witches, Magrat Garlick, Nanny Ogg and Granny Weatherwax, to help them find a more suitable ruler – and they've got the late king's baby son.
