PLOT SUMMARY
In the very near future,
two portable nuclear warheads are stolen by terrorists.
TV newsman Patrick Hale determines to track them down and
expose them in a world dominated by television - but he
finds intrigue and skulduggery at the heart US Government
and suddenly his life is on the line...
CAPSULE REVIEW
An odd and largely
unlikeable film that nevertheless is now of some interest
for its scarily prescient plot. It's rather to convoluted
for its own good and many of the gags fall flat, though
in gerenal the satirical barbs are sharp and on target.
It's a shame that the characters and the plot weren't
that little bit more enjoyable.
