PLOT SUMMARY
Professor Farkas is developing a mind-control
ray from his secret laboratory hidden in a lighthouse. To complete
his work, he and his accomplice Herrmann steal some rare moon minerals
from the Institute of Research. Farkas turns out to be the notorious
Doctor Mabuse and is being pursued by Inspector Thomas who thinks
he has a lead when Jenny witnesses the murder of her neighbour by
Mabuse's mutant sidekick, Andros.
