PLOT SUMMARY
After many centuries of peace, the people of Earth have become complacent
and have lost the technologies that once drove them into space. But
on the moon, a forgatten race of colonists, The Moonrace, still retain
their technology and now have designs on Earth itself. The only defence
the Earth has is a teenager and the strange artifact he has discovered
