At a laboratory in Black Rock, Nevada Professor
Rudolph Popkiss and his assistant Dr Horatio beaker have created Supercar
a craft that can travel at incredible speed in the air and underwater.
Piloted by ace test pilot Mike Mercury they are aided and sometimes
distracted by Jimmy Gibson, younger brother of pilot/ astronaut Bill
Gibson and Jimmy's pet monkey Mitch. Supercar acts as a rescue
craft and gets involve in many other adventures foiling the schemes
of the villainous Masterspy and his assistant Zarin.
CAPSULE REVIEW
First of Gerry Andersons special craft series.
Primitive now but fun if you like this sort of thing. The craft as
with all Anderson series looks amazing.
