SUMMARY
Lieutenant Chuck Brogan is in charge of Space Police Precinct 44 East,
based on the planet Zar XL5. He leads the fight against gang boss V.
Lann who is now aiming to assassinate the President by sabotaging a
monorail he is travelling on to Ultraville. Brogan and his team must
race against time to save the President's life...
