PLOT SUMMARY
Dennis Skinner is a psychopathic serial killer who haunts the street,
flaying his victims alive. One of his previous victims, the junkie Heidi,
is closing in on him looking for revenge, but Skinner has fallen for
her and wants her to see a different side of him.
