PLOT SUMMARY

FBI agent Jo Dee Fostar is pursuing the notorious Psycho Killer, with over 120 kills to his name already. Fostar consults caged murderer Dr Animal Cannibal Pizza while his girlfriend Jane Wine makes off with $400,000 stolen from her boss. She winds up at the Cemetery Motel, stranded in a storm, where she meets the mother-fixated owner Antonio Motel who may be more than he seems...
