PLOT SUMMARY

As a boy in a Catholic orphanage, Simon Templar rejected his given name and adopted the name of the saint of magic. As an adult, he's a master thief with a gift for disguise which he puts to lucrative use working covertly for different countries. He's hired by a Russian industrialist to steal the formula for a cold fusion process discovered by a young female scientist. But Templar finds his latest mission complicated when he falls in love with his intended victim...
