PLOT SUMMARY

Secret agent Delilah is killed during a hazardous mission to bring in notorious weapons dealer Kercharian. In a top secret lab, she's revived as a high-tech cyborg and is sent out again to find and apprehend Kercherian who is now trying to buy weapons grade plutonium from Russia.

CAPSULE REVIEW

A good cast is wasted on this dull SF spy thriller. There was plenty of potential here – particularly in the fractious relationship between Delilah and her creator - but in the end it turns out to just be a remake of The Bionic Woman (1976 - 1978). A wasted opportunity.
