PLOT SUMMARY

Excavations beneath London as part of a tube line extension project releases an enormous fire-breathing dragon. Twenty five years later, the dragon's offspring have devestated the world. In the ruins of northern Britain, an American dragon slayer appears who may have an effective way to deal with the menace.

CAPSULE REVIEW

A huge disappointment. The excellent poster promises an apocalyptic vision that fails to materialise - instead we get a nonsense plot, variable special effects, dreadful acting and dialogue which, when it isn't incomprehensible, is simply rubbish. No-one seriously expects logic in a summer blockbuster, but when a film is as stupid as this one it's hard to ignore. A tragic waste of a great idea. (Full Review)
