PLOT SUMMARY

Private investigator Jeff Randall is deeply distressed when his business partner and best friend Marty Hopkirk is killed in a suspicious traffic accident. But Marty returns as a white-suited ghost visible only to Jeff to carry on helping his old partner with some of his toughest cases.
