Ta pedhia tou dhiavolou (1975) Country of Origin: Greece CREDITS PRODUCTION SCRIPT DIRECTION PHOTOGRAPHY EDITING AND POST-PRODUCTION MUSIC CAST PLOT SUMMARY Christopher and Celia seem to be a perfectly normal couple when they arrive on a small Greek island for what seems t be a holiday. In fact they're incestuous siblings who soon start murdering everyone they come in contact with, believing them to be deviants. CAPSULE REVIEW One of the very few "video nasties" that actually proves to be genuinely shocking and disturbing. Sick, twisted and perverse, it's not terribly well acted (and that's being charitable) and Mastorakis barely holds it all together, but the scenes of sex, brutality and bestiality are confrontational enough even for the most jaded of viewers. Is it any good? Not really, but as a one-off viewing for the strong-stomached it's recommended. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.
