PLOT SUMMARY

A young priest, Father Alex Bermier, teams up with a New York police detective, Lucy Sinclair, to investigate the religiously motivated murder of a French ambassador. Their investigations lead them to an ancient Christian order, the Sin Eaters, whose attempts to absolve the guilty of their sins results in grisly death...
