PLOT SUMMARY

Reporter Carl Kolchak has relocated to Seattle, Wahington where he finds himself investigating another strange case – this time it's of a brutal strangler who seems to return to the city every few years before vanishing again. Can Kolchak unmask the killer before he vanishes again?
