No-one on the force is willing to accept the legend of the Maniac Cop, except for Sean McKinney who alone must find Cordell and stop him. CAPSULE REVIEW A surprisingly effective follow-up that opts to do something a bit different with the established premise and offers up a few surprises. The pace never flags, the cast are clearly enjoying themselves and there's plenty of low budget but ludicrously over-the-top action set-pieces. A solid and fun sequel.
