Hercules and the Circle of Fire [1994]

This feature-length episode of Hercules: The Legendary Journeys has the goddess Hera, Herc's nasty stepmother, stealing fire from the world, turning even Prometheus into a block of ice. The homilies about responsibility wear a bit thin, but Kevin Sorbo's charming, fallible and funny hero holds it together and the effects are surprisingly picturesque. ***
