Deathring (1993) Pre empting the John Woo/Jean Claude Van Damme Hard Target,
this is a martial arts remake of that infallible chestnut The
Most Dangerous Game. Vietvet Mike (Son of) Norris is kidnaped
by flamboyant madman Billy Drago and shanghaied to a remote island where
sadistic millionaires pay to hunt people for sport. Norris is about
as exciting an action hero as Sid James, but Drago makes up for it with
another of his rental premiere human scum performances and there's an
array of sneeringly villainous secondary baddies: notably the mute twin
