Broken Badges (1990) A weird TV pilot, with Miguel Ferrer - Albert the Bastard from Twin
Peaks - as a pony tailed Cajun cop who loses his prisoner in
New Orleans and seams to be playing the Coogan's Bluff/Beverly
Hills Cop game before the script skews into a variant on The
Dirty Dozen and M*A*S*H as Ferrer teams up
with a gang of cops nymphomaniac leather freak Eileen Davidson, a forensic
schizophrenic who fantasises that he's a Texas Ranger, and the mad ventriloquist
from Soap who have been ruled psychologically unfit for duty. Impossible
