SUMMARY

9-year-old Joe is the human guinea pig in an experiment devised by his scientist father which allows him to transfer brain patterns and skills gathered from leading specialists around the world into Joe's brain. The boy is now able to perform any task that his father has brain patterns for, making him an unlikely but valuable agent for the World Intelligence Network.
