PLOT SUMMARY

Young Jimmy manages to stop time when his exasperation is heard by the master clock. The only hope for saving the world lies in a mysterious astronomer who sends his daughter Aurora to talk Jimmy into retracting his wish before the evil Mr Fig can take over the world.
