PLOT SUMMARY

Frank Raymond, the grandson of the first Invisible Man, seeks to protect the formula even from the Allied military powers who believe that it will aid the war effort. But when the Japanese attack Pearl Harbor, he volunteers to take the formula and go on a secret mission in Germany to uncover Hitler's plans.
