PLOT SUMMARY
Commissioner Lohmann investigates a series of murders of leading underworld
figures, following a trail of clues that leads him to a prison. But
Lohmann comes to doubt the true identity of Joe Como, an FBI agent who
has been assigned to assist him. Could he really be the nefarious Dr
Mabuse?
