CAPSULE REVIEW

Really, honestly, just what was the point of this? Two minutes of talking heads saying nothing at all of any real interest. The only thing that stands out here is the irony of producer Walter F. Parkes talking about how much Nakata achieved through the camera in Ringu but failing to explain why in this take on the story the director relies on effects overkill.
