PLOT SUMMARY

Legendary consulting detective Sherlock Holmes is called in to investigate the supposed curse hanging over the Baskerville family who have been falling prey to a huge, demonic hound on the moors. Is the dog a supernatural creature, or does it have a more mundane but no less terrifying origin?

CAPSULE REVIEW

A quite dreadful version of the novel, badly cast, poorly directed and written by someone who clearly doesn't understand what Conan Doyle was trying to say and do. For the sake of their blood pressure, true Sherlockians should give this travesty a very wide berth indeed.
