PLOT SUMMARY

Three young men, Graham, Tim and Bill, set themselves up as The Goodies, willing to do "anything, anytime." This leads them into all kinds of strange adventures, pitting them against rabbits from space, giant killer kittens, Boy Scouts bent on world domination...

CAPSULE REVIEW

A wonderfully silly show, The Goodies was just about the most insanely entertaining British TV comedy show of the 1970s, an irresistable mix of the witty, the highly improbable and the endearingly oddball. Though they shared common roots with the Monty Python team, The Goodies were a more traditional team, as willing to indulge in patomime knockabout as they were to employ cutting satire. Inevitably now a lot of it has dated, but there's still enough here to warrant a revival.
