PLOT SUMMARY
Former special effects man Rollie Tyler now
makes a living making toys but is approached by his girlfriend's
ex-husband, a cop named Mike, to help him catch a killer. But both
Mike and the killer are murdered during the operation to apprehend
him and Tyler finds himself drawn into a dangerous police conspiracy.
Only one man can help him, so he turns to ex-cop turned private investigator
Leo McCarthy.
CAPSULE REVIEW
The original was far fetched fun and a minor box office success but
the novelty wears off with this sequel wherein the plot is pretty
much repeated and the two leads simply go through the motions.
