SUMMARY

Re-opening the X-Files several months after they were closed and with Scully still missing, Mulder finds himself working alone in the Hollywood Hills, tracking down the perpetrators of a series of murders that bear all the hall marks of vampirism. Mulder captures one of the killers, a light sensitive man who can only be interviewed in a sealed cell by the glow of a red night light. But is he really what he claims to be? And when Mulder becomes sexually involved with Kristen Kilar, a woman he's met in a night-club while working the case, there's the distinct possibility that shes really the female member of the team, and is Mulder in mortal danger...
