PLOT SUMMARY
The aliens have a new
plan - using the masses of space debris circling the
Earth as cover, they've despatched a remote device that
forces a SHADO lunar module into a steep orbit, causing
it to explode. While Straker haggles over expenses with a
sceptical Henderson, Moonbase is temporarily closed down,
leaving Freeman and Foster stranded with the Moonbase
crew. Straker is convinced that the lunar module disaster
was caused by pilot error, though Foster is not so sure
and sneaks off on an unauthorised flight aboard a lunar
module to prove his point. (Full Synopsis)
