PLOT SUMMARY

The Voyager encounters a massive nebula that might contain energy currents that could recharge the ship's engines. But the nebula turns out to be a living being that is injured by the Voyager and Janeway decides that, although it will further drain their valuable resources, they must try to to help the creature.
