SUMMARY
Wesley and several other intelligent children are kidnapped by the
Aldeans, a fabled race who have shielded their planet from view but
in so doing have rendered their race sterile. Picard tries to find a
way to negotiate with the Aldeans, but succeeds only in angering them
and putting teh lives of the children in even greater danger.
