SUMMARY

The new captain and crew of the recently completed USS Enterprise-D make their maiden voyage to Farpoint Station. But en route, the are hijacked by the mysterious super-being known as Q who places humanity on trial charged with barbarism. Captain Jean-Luc Picard must put Humanity's case, win the trial and discover the secret of Farpoint.
