SUMMARY

Data is taken back to the planet on which he was found and and discovers that his creatir, Dr Noonian Singh, had built him a twin, Lore. The second android is reactivated and taken in by the crew - but he turns out to be the dark shadow of Data, containing all the malice, greed and duplicity that Data lacks.
