SUMMARY
Sisko, Bashir and Dax head back to Starfleet HQ on Earth for a briefing
on recent events in Gamma Quadrant. But an accident with the transporter
system leaves them stranded back in 2024 just prior to a history making
riot. But the ringleader is killed trying to save Sisko and Bashir and
history may have been changed for the worse.
