PLOT SUMMARY

Journalist Tom Crane is writing a series of articles on the supernatural and the occult which lead him to Edinburgh in search of infamous psychic Edward Drexel. But Drexel is unhappy about being found and after a series of mysterious events which Crane attributes to Drexel - including the death of his wife - a vengeful Crane finds himself drafted by secret government agency Department 7 which is dedicated to exploring the paranormal.
