PLOT SUMMARY

The Doctor and Rose arrive in Cardiff in 1860 and team up with writer Charles Dickens to investigate the mystery of why the dead are apparently returning to life. The Doctor discovers that it's all the work of a race of aliens, The Gelth, left homeless after The Time War and looking for a new homeworld. But are they being as honest as they could be?
