PLOT SUMMARY
After receiving a distress signal The Doctor
and Sarah Jane discover that a survey team on Zeta Minor have all
been killed bar its leader. A military group arrive to investigate
and are embroiled as the killer is revelealed as an anti matter monster
that infects humans.
CAPSULE REVIEW
Forbidden Planet (1956) is
heavily borrowed from with its use of a survey team and an anti matter
monster with werewolf monster / transformation thrown in for good
measure. Again, stunning production design and lighting bring out
the best in the fine story. Frederick Jaeger, a noted TV actor, is
the first of a run of great adverseries to bring out the best of Tom
Baker this season.
