SUMMARY

A demonstration of the Keller Machine, which is meant to extract negative thoughts from inmates at Strangmoor prison goes horribly wrong. After witnessing this, The Doctor then joins the Brigadier at a World Peace Conference where one of the delegates attempts murder. Meanwhile a Thunderbolt missile is being transported away for destruction. As events spiral out of control, The Master's plan is revealed.

CAPSULE REVIEW

Three plotlines which converge nicely at the end keep this six parter moving along well without the usual recourse to chases. Some good location work adds to the action and Delgado, who doesn't have to share the villain's role, is particularly excellent.
