SUMMARY

The planet Peladon is applying to be part of the Galactic Federation and The Doctor is mistaken for the leader of the committee assessing the application. Then a committee dignitary is murdered. Could it be the villainous Ice Warrior behind the scheme?

CAPSULE REVIEW

No it isn't sadly. Return of the Ice Warriors and the first appearance of giant eyeball head Alpha Centauri made this a favourite with good viewing figures after the appearance of the Daleks. Time, however, has not been kind. Let's leave it at that.
