PLOT SUMMARY
The Doctor again crosses swords with his enemies the Daleks, who are
massing on the planet Kembel with their new weapon, the time destructor.
The Daleks are planning to use the weapon to conquer the Earth and have
recruited a human agent, Mavic Chen, Guardian of the Solar System, to
help them.The Doctor steals the taranium core that powers the time destructor
and races against time to destroy the Daleks and stay one step ahead
of Chen's agents.
