SUMMARY

Fitz is doing a radio phone-in show when he's contacted by a serial rapist, Floyd Malcolm, a young black man who targets only white women as an act of revenge for years of racial abuse. Meanwhile, Jimmy Beck is feeling the strain of his guilt over Billborough's death and is close to a breakdown. When Penhaligon is raped, it comes too close to home for Fitz - but was it really Floyd who raped her?
