PLOT SUMMARY

When an extremely rare stamp turns up on a common catalogue list, it sets off alarm bells, which then become louder when the man who discovered it turns up dead. Steed and Cathy's investigations lead them to infiltrate an extremist political group that is planning to overthrow several key European governments.
