PLOT SUMMARY

When civil servant, Felgate, is blackmailed by the owner of a Soho nightclub, Steed is sent in to investigate. The blackmailer is after a top-secret file and Steed allows himself to be compromised, attracting the blackmailer's attention - can he persuade the blackmailer that he can get the file, then flush him out into the open?
