PLOT SUMMARY

Carl and Elsa Spann move to a trailer park in California following ballerina Elsa's nervous breakdown. One day, Carl returns home from work to find Elsa traumatized and hysterical after a man assaulted her. When the police are unable t find any clues, Carl decides to take the law into his own hands.
