PLOT SUMMARY
A serial killer is being
pursued by Police Comissioner Datti and the killer begins
to call the police, taunting Datti, challenging him to
find him. The killer claims that he has a secret that
makes him undetectable. Datti soon discovers that the
truth is more bizarre and horrific than he could imagine.
