PLOT SUMMARY
After a ferry transporting sailors from the USS Nimitz and their families
explodes, AFT agent Doug Carlin is assigned to investigate what appears

he learns that the body of a woman, apparently killed in the same explosion,
was found an hour before the ferry was destroyed and becomes involved
with a secret project involving time travel.
