PLOT SUMMARY

An American military aircraft crashes off the coast of Egypt and its cargo of nuclear weapons are lost. A bungling fisherman gets caught up in the search for the weapons and crosses paths with the world's least effective secret agents. Along the way, he also meets a madman trying to reanimate a mummy.
