PLOT SUMMARY

A year after the alien Chocky left young Matthew Gore's mind, Matthew spends his summer holidays with his aunt in the countryside. He meets maths prodigy Albertine and discovers that they can communicate telepathically. Chocky suddenly returns, warning Matthew that he and Albertine are in danger from a scientist who plans to test Albertine's abilities.
