PLOT SUMMARY
As an answer to over-population in the late 21st century, a program
of colonizing the frozen wastes of Siberia, Antarctica and Northern
Canada begins. However, at least one government has been using remote
bases in Canada for genetic experiments - and the monstrous result of
one such experiment is on the loose.
