PLOT SUMMARY
Charlie's Angels, three
elite female crime fighters in the employ of a never-seen
millionaire, are hired to rescued kidnapped software
magnate Eric Knox whose revolutionary voice recognition
software is coveted by his unscrupulous rivals. But all
is not as it seems and soon the Angels and even Charlie
himself are in grave danger.
CAPSULE REVIEW
Appalling in almost every respect, this willfully stupid film is the
epitome of the soulless, mechanical pap being churned out by the Hollywood
majors at the end of the 20th century. It has no plot, no characters
and no point, just a seemingly endless parade of special effects, Matrix-inspired
wire stunts and double entendres that would have shamed the Carry
On films. The three leads - all talented actresses - are here reduced
to moronic, giggling schoolgirls whose acting talents are stretched
only as far as how effectively they wiggle their butts at the camera,
which they seem to do endlessly. Never trust a film made by a director
who chooses to hide behind a pseudonym that makes him sound like a fast
food burger chain. (Full
